• To support understanding behaviours, and more importantly what the child is trying to communicate through those behaviours
• To support emotional well-being throughout the school - both pupils and staff
• To offer guidance, resources, and strategies to help you navigate challenges effectively
• To be your partner in fostering positive relationships, resolving conflicts - both pupils and staff
